✨️Step Inside The Chasewood Project ✨️
As a part of this project we remodeled two full baths and one powder room, each with its own personality, yet thoughtfully connected through design.

The First bathroom brings a soft energy. We used hexagon tile on the shower floor, light neutral walls, and warm horizontal textured tile to add depth and interest. A custom corner foot bench was added in the shower — a small detail that adds everyday comfort and convenience.

The Second bathroom has a clean, modern edge with a darker, more dramatic palette. Large format tile, black fixtures, and a seamless glass shower enclosure make the space feel open and sharp. The built-in niche keeps daily essentials tucked away without interrupting the aesthetic.

The powder room may be compact, but it makes a statement. We kept things cohesive by carrying in the same patterned floor tile from the other bathrooms, then paired it with a natural wood vanity, black hardware, and soft wall tones for a calm and simple finish.

Each space was designed with a focus on balance — blending clean lines with warm textures and everyday function with timeless style.
